I feel like pregnancy and almost six weeks this heaviness take place in my stomach

Suddenly, one day,I begin to experience a dense heaviness in the stomach. The stomach area comes to feel heavy. And this heaviness, oh ho- so sweet- so nice, I love this heaviness, WHY! don't know. I feel like pregnancy and almost six weeks this heaviness take place in my stomach. I don't want loose this heaviness, what is this, I do not know anything about this,,, This heaviness like big Iron- almost its weight 5-6 kilo.

After two days, I realize the heaviness is a Iron ball. My understanding of what I am experiencing and I recognize the faceted heaviness as an imitation of an essential manifestation of Being, the true will to exist. Because I feel strength in my mind-my body and in my thoughts. Its strength reflects essential strength. Will is a quality I recognize, which makes it possible to understand the meaning of the present experience of the Iron.
Then:

Every moment is new- fresh and unique for me...Everything changed- my feeling-my thoughts- my life, my circle , my living place- my friends, almost everything...
The heaviness of Iron persists, side by side with lightness, openness and joy...
